It is common knowledge that there are significantly more male subs than female Dommes. Demand for a female Domme is high and barriers to entry are low. Anyone, male or female, may choose to be a Domme to fill this demand. Since demand far outstrips the supply of female Dommes, males are not particular about the Dommes whom they "purchase" or "befriend". That is where the problem lies..
I just listened to someone speak about his failed relationship with his online Domme. He created femdom themed websites for Her, sent Her money because She was ill (which turned out to be a lie). She promised RL sessions and pictures; all of which She failed to deliver on. And now She ignores him. He didnt care too much about the time and money he spent on this relationship but what really made him mad was the dishonesty in the relationship. I felt really sympathetic towards his case especially because honesty has been something i've believed in with all my heart. i would completely break down after experiencing such dishonesty, such a betrayal of trust.
Would i be able to see through a Domme's dishonesty? Probably not, given my state of desperation for a female Domme. Our lives as subbies are fragile and are in the hands of the many real (and fake) Dommes..
My advice is always be careful when money is introduced into a relationship by the other side first.
ReplyDeleteIf you did not start the talk about money it may well be a con.
